Botanical characteristics: It is an hybrid with vigorous vegetation, a deciduous trees with straight and smooth trunk and rounded crown. It has thorny branches when young. Leaves are imparipinnate composed by oval-shaped bright green leaflets, bronze when young. The flowering is abundant in May-June and bears purple-pink, fragrant flowers in clusters. Fruits are are flat vegetables.
Agronomic and environmental characteristics: It adapts to any soil, even poor and dry ones. It has an high resistance to pollution.
Use: It is used as ornamental plant for its flowering. It is preferably used as a shade plant in parks and gardens, even the small ones and is widely used especially in urban green boulevards.
