Botanical characteristics: It is a male selection. Its peculiarity is the non-production of fruits.
Agronomic and environmental characteristics: It prefers moderately fertile, moist but well-drained soils. It can adapt to poor, calcareous soils. It has an high resistance to drought and air pollution and a good resistance to saltiness.
Use: Since it is fruitless, it is ideal for urban green areas along the roads and in parking lots. It is used as a shade plant in parks and gardens and as a specimen plant individually or in groups. It is interesting for resort marine areas.
