Botanical characteristics: It is a cultivar of Euonymus japonicus appreciated for its variegated foliage. Leaves are green at the centre and yellow-gold at the edge.

Agronomic and environmental characteristics: It is cultivated as an ornamental plant mainly in northern Italy. It adapts to all soils, including sandy and well-drained ones. It hat an high resistance to marine climate and urban pollution.
